Airsoft
is proud to be the first Airsoft retailer in Canada to
offer warranty to our valued customers. We offer
this warranty service because 1. we are able to handle the
warranty service as we have the best gun-smith in town,
and 2. we understand confidence is what we must provide,
for you to have an enjoyable and satisfying shopping
experience. Here is how it works: |
| 1.)
We test every airsoft gun before we mail them out to
you. However if you have any problem with them
after you have received your order within 14 days,
you may mail it back. We will try our best to
repair it, if we cannot repair it, we will replace
it with a 100% new item. These services will
be provided for you 100% free, we will even pay for
the shipment fee of the repaired or replacement
product from us to you. |

| 2.)
If within 14 days of receiving your order, you want
to refund your order, it IS possible. Provided
that the product you wish to refund is in its original 100% new condition, you may mail it back
and we will refund your money with a 15% restocking fee
(you will receive a refund of 85% of what you paid
in the first place, excluding shipping fee and a possible 3% Paypal fee). |
