With Purolator, you may choose between ground or air service.  They guarantee the delivery of your box within 3 to 4 business days by ground, and within the next business day by air (in most cities).  

All packages sent with Purolator are traceable.  To get more insurance on your pacakges, you'll need to mention it on your order so we can adjust your shipping quote accordingly.  

With Purolator, a receiver's signature is required upon delivery of your package.  If no one is there to receive your package, the Purolator driver will leave a sticker at your door, and keep your package at your closest Purolator depot.  It is your responsibility to contact your local Purolator depot to arrange for a re-delivery or a pick up as soon as possible. 

On the rare cases where you cannot provide us with a street address, then we will consider using Canada Post Express or Expedited service.  This service is also traceable, however a receiver's signature is not required so this shipping method is less secure.

With every shipment sent out by Purolator or express / expedited post, we will automatically insure the content for up to $100 value.  We would gladly provide extra insurance when requested, however please note that extra insurance must be purchased and will be charged to the order invoice.
