007 Airsoft, we are proud to be able to provide a
full range of repair and support services to all the
products we carry. Here is how it works:

1.)
When you need a repair service, please send an
e-mail titled "Repair" to
sales@007airsoft.com
with the following information, you will receive a
reply in 48 hours.

a)
Your full name, mailing address with postal
code, telephone number with area code,
contact e-mail address. |
| b)
The name, make and model of the item that is
having problem. |
| c)
A detailed description of the problem. |
| d)
Your order / invoice number when you
purchased this Airsoft gun form us (only if
applicable) |

| 2.)
When you decide to mail your item in for a repair
service, you
will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
There is a $10 inspection fee for Pistols and $25
inspection fee for Rifles. A quote will be
sent to you after an inspection, regarding what
needs to be done and how much the repair will cost.
If you decided to proceed with the repair service,
inspection fees are waived. If you decided not
to proceed, we will charge you the inspection fees,
and your item will be mailed back to you. |

If you have any problem with products you bought
from 007 Airsoft, e-mail us and we will try our best
to help you out by e-mail / telephone. If you
need us to take a look at your item, then please
follow instructions for Repair Service from above. |
